The way I know real Jeep owners is if they made their headlights look angry.
When one of the aftermarket companies came out with that on a concept vehicle I vomited, now they are on every damn "dealer built up" jeep on the road

You have a much better feel for your vehicle with a standard over an automatic.
A slush box is better off-road.
No way around it. It's a gearing multiplier.
And that's coming from a guy who's play vehicle has a 5 speed sequential box

I mean... from a pure mechanical standpoint the manual trumps the automatic every time.
That’s a flat out fact.
Now, when you bring humans into it, certainly the automatic gains an edge because the HUMAN often fricks up.
But if you know what the frick you’re doing, and can properly control your vehicle, the standard always wins.
So, like I said. It’s essier in an automatic. Which is why they are so prevalent. But if you actually know what the frick you’re doing, the standard always wins

What is sad is that elderly folks fall for scams such as this far too often.

Again, the pros pretty much all use autos, so I would have to assume they know what they are doing.

Agree to disagree.
Automatic jeeps are for soccer moms and limp wristed boys who never learned how to drive stick

Exactly what I do. Driving a stick is FAR from hard.
It’s cool. Soccer mom jeeps were built for someone. And that someone is soccer moms.
Oh i'm not a jeep nerd either. I drive a truck. Like a man...

It's a Jeep. You'll need $1200 to get it running, then monthly for repairs.

You keep saying this yet gloss over the fact that professionals use Autos

This is true. Just depends on how hot or cold it is when you have the top down.

Because it’s easier? Is it not a hard concept to grasp?
You have less things to worry about and you don’t need to learn how it works. You just pop it in go.
I mean that’s a pretty simple concept... people gravitate towards the easier option 99.99% of the time.

No because it works better off road for the folks that are sponsored to do it.
Professionals use what works best, not whats the easiest

I am sure people that get paid to drive cars are quite familiar with how it works

You are coming off like a massive douchebag. Settle down and don’t be such a Jeep fig
