I drove a 330XI for 5 years.
White lightning was the shite.
Just sucks when that warranty goes out and the minimum to get it in and out of the shop is a grand.

I sincerely judge every guy I see driving a 3 series. Refer to your price range comment to see why.

C classes are laughed at regardless of gender.

If you have to do it, go Audi.

With that said, girls don't understand cars well enough to differentiate, so it will probably still pull arse.

Seriously the car is great. Biggest issues are maintenance costs if not under warranty, cost of run flat tires, and it takes premium gas.

M4 FTMFW - if you're going to go BMW, do it right.

They make cheaper cars with cheaper maintenance that last longer that drive very well these days.

Luxury is not in a chokehold by 4 brands anymore IMO.

You can get a pretty luxurious, reliable, and fun to drive Accord these days. BMWs can bite me. My fiance has one and the slightest maintenance is absurdly overpriced and little things go wrong with it all the time.

I know its a lowly 3 series, but its the best luxury sports sedan(in my opinion) in the price range.

Have you looked at the new Infiniti Q50? I love my Infiniti G37. Much smoother ride than a BMW while not being as cloudy as a Lexus. Handles really well and gets up and goes with the best of them.

That said, if you like the more sporty feel, the 335i is a damn fine automobile. I just think it's too rough.

I used to have a WRX, so the ride doesn't bother me. I'm a car guy, so i'll gladly swap ride quality for stiffer suspension.
