30 years old

Just discovered the wrapper on a stick of butter has measurements for tsp/tbsp

I’ve always just guessed

Never paid much attention to it

You dumb, besides the brand label, it's literally the only thing printed on the wrapper

Someone on here posted that the gas indicator display on your vehicle has an arrow next to it indicating which side of your car the access panel is on.

I noticed this about a year ago at 44 yrs old. You are not alone punkin.

And the valid reason for this is, growing up my mom always opened a whole stick at a time and kept it a little butter holder thingy in the fridge.

I always ripped the wrapper off and put the stick on a butter tray. Just never looked at it that close

Also I’m legally blind without my contacts/glasses so little things I tend to not notice.

But yea I felt dumb. Can rebuild a tractor engine, wire up an electrical box, but didn’t know this simple thing

Tin foil has a shiny/dull side. Shiny side to refract heat.

Yes and No. The sides do NOT matter one bit when it comes to functionality, whether baking a tater or covering windows in a trailer.

No,’it’s because they have 2 sheets pressed against each other when they do the rolls and the shiny side is where they stick together

In poker, you ante before the hand.
"Ante" means before, as in antebellum....
