Things you hate that legitimately don't make sense.

When people staple a stack of papers together but they don't take the extra 2 seconds to line the pages up.

Any time it's along a path of emergency egress, the door needs to swing inward as opposed to obstructing the exit path.

I get that, but I'm thinking more along the lines of at a gas station or restaurant where it's the only door down that hall...so anyone going towards it is aware of a door that might pop open.
