Things you hate about the military institution and culture

This is not a hate America or the military but a chance to compare notes on the things that drive you up the wall about our beloved branchs of service.
My top gripe relates to personal time. Don’t f@ck with my personal time. I hate getting called in on an O day.
Relating to that, I know there is a duty day but when we go past the duty say, shouldn’t we get a late report or of it happens enough an O day?
Many more but that is tops.

Know how I know you weren’t a Marine? You had personal time.
But I agree, it’s why I got out. Worked 24, 48, and 72 hour shifts in Japan, only to go back to the barracks to sit outside for hours playing frick frick games because some Master Sergeant was pissed his wife was back back in the states deepthroating Jody.
