By the way she is moving towards him, it looks like he hooked her in the bung hole-

Go do something for someone who cannot reciprocate. Visit an elderly relative or stranger in a nursing home, or go help a widow do some home repairs. Get your mind off yourself and serve others. Making yourself useful to others is a great life lesson that we all need to do more often.

I was in your situation. I hit the gym, started bjj, and became a better man. I'm 7 years out from this, and now married to a smoking 26 year old (I'm 45) and life is better than ever. It takes time, self-improvement, and a commitment to not trying to contact her...ever.

Just remember, first one to file HR complaint wins. Can’t file after or it’s retaliation.

Stop drinking to cope for one. Two exercise a lot and take time to work on yourself. Therapy meditation reading whatever. Third strange Pussy helped me a lot but counteracts number two. It’s all about balance. But time is the biggest piece I agree

Time will heal you, drinking and unhealthy actions will not.

Be thankful for the opportunity - become better for it - get busy doing - be prepared to help someone else in a similar situation

That's a tired old school coping mechanism. Stop.

Go work out. Lift. Touch iron. Touch grass. Get outside and explore nature. Go camp. Find a hobby and immerse yourself.

Most importantly, learn to love and respect yourself. No one will ever love or respect you if you can't do that for yourself. And drinking non-stop over a woman is the last thing a self-respecting man would do. Good luck

If she really was a “hotty” you don’t want to marry her anyway. 9’s are for fun, you wanna marry the 6 who comes from a good family. Consider yourself lucky.
