I'm amazed at the number of car bumpers on the side of street/ at intersections in Baton Rouge. If there's been a crash, don't leave a 4 foot part of the car on the roadside. I see at least 3-5 bumpers around town each week.
Should be easy to ticket the tow truck operator or owner for littering.
