Nothing really. The UK is an awful country with a awful quality of life.
The people are poor, have almost zero disposable income, and have pretty drab living accomodations.
6'0" + men driving compact cars making 30k and sharing living space at 35 years old. The problem is they are content with this unproductive, lazy, mediocre life.
I have a former classmate that went back to the UK to work as an RN. She makes 35k as a nurse in London.
She pretends to be happy online while eating ramen and baked beans, driving a Ford fiesta, and having to work Uber eats on her off days.

Their baking is up there. Also beans on toast is a great concept. One of my favorite things to do at a bbq is smother a piece of garlic bread with our style of beans.
