Try drinking more beer. It helps me.

You looked better fat. Now you look like Rachel Maddow's sister.

Hi PJ. I'm glad you are talking about it and are self-aware. That's a good sign.
Pills don't give us emotional skills. Antidepressants, anxiety meds, mood stabilizers, etc are important and helpful but can't completely solve your problem. You have to learn to identify and fight the cycle of negative, self defeating thought processes. It's a learned skill. Please keep with the meds and talk to the doctor, but also order this book. It's a cheap paperback and a quick read. I recommend it to all my depressed patients.

I can talk to you about your meds. Email me your phone number (@gmail.com) and I will give you a call from the pharmacy tomorrow.

Nothing says "I suck Dick" like an all red hat on a pale face with dark bushy arse side burns.

pj, i stayed awake last night thinking about all the good times me n you have shared on here. i think we can put aside and forget about all your other many many serious & life threatening shenanigans and attention seeking events that weren't true and concentrate on getting you better.
also, where do i currently stand with your pj's poster of the year award?
you must go on
you can't go on

God Bless You PJ.
Don't let yourself get to far down into depression.
Get yourself an Acoustic Guitar and teach yourself.
I started at 40.Here I am 16 years later and it gives me so much joy it's hard to put into words.
I've played 2 gigs at an Assisted Living Facility and the pure joy I felt was overwhelming.
You'll be in my Prayers my friend.God Bless.

in his SFP interview, didn't PJ say his wife was very sick? This can be depressing...

Peej I really hope things get better for you. Wish I had the answers that would give you peace.
My dad is struggling big time with depression as well. He's on meds as well that don't seem to work. I try to do all I can to engage with him and spend time with him and try to show him positive things about where he lives at. But he will just find something very minor to obsess and worry about, which sends him spiraling into depression.
It breaks my heart to see my dad like this.
