I refuse to believe there is a sizable number of college girls that won't play beer pong because of germs.

To my knowledge it's not about health, it's just easier this way. Plus we all drink liquor or good beer and nobody is wasting time going to buy pedestrian beer for beer pong.

Yeah I think that way is bullshite. First you dont know how much they are drinking. Second half of the point to me is that the beer gets warm and flat so it hurts that much more to drink it.

We fixed this issue early on in our college careers.
Instead of putting beer in all the cups we put water in the cups. Then we play with 2 beers a person (4 to a team) in cans. Losing team has to finish all of their beers and drink each time cups are made.
We went to that cause our roommate had a lab and there was hair EVERYWHERE.

Why don't you just use imaginary balls and cups? You could just use an imaginary table as well. Hell, you don't even have to stand around, you can just lounge around on the couch with your friends while drinking. I think I just fixed beer pong even more!
In all seriousness, I get playing beer pong and flip cup at a tailgate or something to pass the time. But I never understood how people could do it at big parties or how they used to have it in the bars. Outside of just socially interacting at the bar instead of playing games, there's nasty bar gunk on the floor and balls rolling around in it, but it's okay, we've got this cup of nasty arse water we dip the ball in. Good to go.
