I mean, this list may be deceiving. I’m familiar with Fulshear, TX. The reason why Fulshear is exploding is because as Houston grew, it eventually expanded out to Katy and Katy exploded in growth, and now as Katy has been so developed, Katy is expanding out into Fulshear. Fulshear went from nothing to a ton of new builds for the influx of people looking to move to the Katy area.
So these are really just suburbs of Houston now rather than some small towns that people are randomly flocking to.

how much of that Texas growth is Californicators or immigrants?
Many are Texas residents wanting to move further out from the city.
Definitely not border immigrants in North Dallas burbs /Collin county, The average home SOLD price in Celina is a little shy of $700k.

Yeah, it's just as much a list of most rampant surburban sprawl.

ATL is all greater metro. I think it’s around 7 million now.
This is correct.
Atlanta proper has right at 500,000.

I pay around $1000 a month and my house is under 400K
My retirement plan will be to just move to Louisiana. The cut in property taxes will be like picking up a side job

I agree that the homes are often being bought by Indians and Asians. Supposedly there are entire neighborhoods that are all Indian.
There are some cheaper new construction places in Princeton being built by the the national home builders. I have friends that live in those and some Hispanics are buying there (I highly doubt they are illegal).
Having said all of that I think these towns are letting to many rentals be built. If it was up to me I would keep the number of apartment complexes low (but then idk how you staff low income jobs).
Idk where the illegals live but I’m sure they are around cause there is so much construction work to be had.

Maybe Mt. Juliet filled up and it is next bedroom community for Nashville? That's a brutal commute though. At least the airport is on that side if you travel a lot.
Nashville is quickly losing all of the charms that made it such a cool, off the radar city.

Are these even cities? Come on they are bedroom communities located right outside major cities. This list isn’t paining a clear picture

Good friend of mine is a pastor in forney. Also complains about the traffic. The highway next to that city has always been slammed every time I’ve been there to visit.

Go for it if you want shitty health care and QOL

Eh. Health outcomes are bad because the populace is fat and poor.
If you have money getting healthcare isn’t a problem in Louisiana. Monroe, Shreveport, Lafeyette, lake Charles, Baton Rouge and NOLA all have routine stuff covered.
Shreveport, Baton Rouge and NOLA have advanced care.
If it’s super serious you can always travel to Houston.

$1600 a month? Yeah, that's cute. My house tripled in value since we built it in 2013. I'd love to be only paying $1600/month.

bullshite. Texas and Tennessee have just as many fat and poor people but the healthcare is vastly superior there.
Hell it’s even better in Alabama if you want a state more the size of Louisiana

Bro, Louisiana is the second fastest state.
