Not exactly, but their mom's a whore. Fraternal twins don't have to have the same father. Two separate eggs can be released by the ovaries instead of the usual one and be fertilized by two separate sperm.
ETA: Not fraternal. "Superfecundation" is the right technical term. Fraternal seems to imply that the mother is not a whore and the twins share the same father. Superfecundation twins would be half-siblings and fraternal twins would be full siblings. I think.

Speaking for myself, I'd choose the ginger first as well.
Woman 2 is clearly more beautiful than 1 by most accepted standards of beauty.
