There's shite running in the streets of River Ridge

In addition, residents of River Ridge are asked to limit discharge of water into the sewerage system when repairs begin at 6 a.m. Monday. The request from parish officials asks that nonessential activities like washing clothes and dishes be limited.

Whenever it rains really hard in BR raw sewage starts leaking up through the sewer caps in Beauregard Town, so not sure BR>RR in this case.
