Have always heard this and don’t know how it can do much to anybody?
I have a 6 month script (literal pharmacy size 500 count bottle) and I’ve taken 2-3X my dose and never felt much.
(Prescribed 1200 mgs 3X daily)

Heat alcohol to about 185 degrees, put a towel over your head with it just over the pot, and breathe.
