Also, if people in the porn industry are "filming" it.. then it's not illegal..
It should not be illegal. Some guys believe they pay for it in some way or another any ways..

The taxes can pay for the enforcement of the regulations put in place, and then some.

This. Is it ok if you buy her diamonds and pearls, but don't give her cash? What is the difference? If you pay her $1000 and she pays you back $100 and you film it, is it legal?

"democratic socialism" dystopian scenarios aren't just based on "big government", they are based on the loss of individualism due to the destruction of individual liberties.
Sanders has stood up for individual liberty repeatedly- his statements about the war on drugs, the patriot act, mass surveillance, guns, gay rights, police militarization - all support this..
regardless, "Big Government" is good for schools (smh at louisiana), paved roads (smh at lousiana), drugs that are safe to take, clean water to drink, clean air to breathe, etc

This. All of the negatives mentioned (violence, STDs, trafficking,etc) would be reduced, if not non-existent, if prostitution was legalized. These negatives exist because the product is being sold on the black market. Why would anyone solicit a STD-infested, drug addict hooker off the street when you can go to a regalized brother where the girls are regularly tested, thus eliminating the risks associated with prostitution as we know it now.

Legalization also makes it a lot easier to go to the police if your pimp is abusive.
