I would agree. Very few that I deal with actually work the business. They let their company website and personal Facebook page try and do their job.

its pretty common to hide and/or block contact from potential buyers from the best listings so a friend/relative can get it or maybe even the realtor wants to buy it for themselves.
when i was looking for a house i couldnt get the listing realtor "any of them", to call me back or show me the house. i left several messages i wanted to make full price offer on it.
finally i was able to find out who the bank was that owned it and went directly to them to make an offer but they had sold it way way below asking price because realtor insisted no one was interested in it but his brother.
bank was super pissed i can tell you that, but the deal was already done. im pretty sure that bank never used that realtor ever again but they all play those same games of save the best listings for friends and family
