This may come as a shock but most realtors are out with clients on the weekend. If it’s not a call pertaining directly to the clients I’m with, I’m not answering the phone from every random couple driving around town window shopping. If I get a text/call from another licensed agent, I may try to find a spot to get back to them. Otherwise, I’m calling back Sunday after I’m done with clients or Monday.

I'm a real estate agent in Livingston Parish. I've talked with a few of my competitors about this. The reason none of us are answering your calls is that we saw your name on caller id and as is customary, ran an impromptu background check on you (It's helpful to get a head start on knowing who a prospective client is)
Well, when I ran a check on you, you were red-flagged for being on Megan's List. Lewd and lascivious conduct with multiple Boy Scouts. That makes it hell on a realtor finding a suitable place more than 1000 ft. from any elementary schools.

I live in Gulf Shores, and in Baldwin County alone there are like 1800 realtors. Only like 100 or so are worth a shite. The rest work at restaurants and do real estate on the side.
