The Wife has the flu - what are my options?

Okay Gents,
The wife has a hellacious case of the flu. She came home with it yesterday and went to the Dr and had it confirmed positive for strain A.
She’s not much fun to be around under the best of circumstances and is absolutely miserable now. I really don’t want to catch this shite.
I have a second house that I can escape to for the weekend right after work. Our son has his college spring break starting tomorrow as well. (UF sophomore). I also really don’t want him to get sick. He can meet me there and avoid this nightmare.
Is it a dick move to abandon her to save myself and son from catching this shite? We’ve been married 26 years. It’s not some young love emotional thing.
What’s my play?
