I consider Chicago a second home and idk how tf they're ranked in the top 10 even. They sound as far from sexy as possible. But I still like it.

Bostonian accent is AWFUL.
My company is based in Massachusetts. Nasally, cannot properly pronounce the letter ‘r’ except they add it to words that don’t contain ‘r’ (google Kennedy trying to say “Cuba”)

Boston and NY that high? One of the highest rated southern accents is one of the worst (Alabama - over Charleston?).

I feel like its a stretch to even say there are 50 distinct accents in this country unless we're going beyond just English...

I knew a well traveled guy (was a national sales rep) and he could place most people's accents down to within a few counties (or parishes)
