Well...technically, he’s an alumnus, not an “alumni”. However, his mere presence as a LSU law grad is enough to make me light up my degrees and set them afire in the pit in the back yard.

Lol. JD is a doctorate but typically the honorific is councilor for lawyers. It is either dr at the front or the credential at the end, not both.
