My college aged daughter was saying last night how bad she wants to try one. I told her it’s not really all that special, but I think she may go wait in the stupid line next Saturday morning.

One of the most over rated things. It’s a good king cake, but definitely not worth waiting in line for, the steep price or the hype it gets. I

Not saying correlation is causation, but most of the people I know who wait in line for king cakes, and in particular those who advertise it to the world, are idiots.
