The Telegraph - legit source or no?

Hoping this is a legit source.
Im in healthcare and really hating hearing how doctors are having to choose who to treat. So I was searching to see if those doctors in Italy are really having to decide now who to save and who to not treat.
It seems as though that’s not having to be done yet. Article is from 3/14/20. Hoping this source is legit and my apologies if not.

The Telegraph is not a rag or tabloid. It is a solid British paper, maybe the best one over there. And certainly many levels above our trash news organizations.

Well if that means I can take the accounts of selecting who gets care because they can’t handle all of the cases with a grain of salt, I’ll take this article as some good news for now.
