Tattoos are a strong indicator of impulsive decision making
If you see a woman who has a bunch of shitty tattoos that she doesn't really like but got on an impulse?
She's showing you something unintentionally revealing about her personality and character. And that probably also reflects her tendency to be promiscuous or ability to be faithful

It does affect me. I don't appreciate the degradation of society that runs parallel to the increase in tattoos. I don't want to look at a waitress covered in tattoos, it's unappetizing. Most cops now look like they just escaped out of Angola with their full tattoo sleeves. They look exactly like the criminals now. It's absolutely unprofessional and unbecoming.
