We talking about the dumbass DEI/pronoun-users/douchebag progressives or are we talking about regular liberals? If the former, yes, no one wants them.

The latter? They're the most educated, white collar demographic in this country and drive an absolute shite ton of innovation and economic activity....they're also largely pro-choice, want government healthcare, and believe some people need a hand sometimes. Those people aren't fleas...they're assets with opinions which slightly differ from your own on minor issues.

If you look at demographic trends, MS will be democratic in 25-30 years.

Alabama as well.

White kids make up just 51% of public school students, while 32% are Black and 11% Hispanic, according to the Public Affairs Research Council of Alabama. As that group put it in January, “this year’s enrollment continues a long-term trend. In 2000, 62% of students were white, and the percentage of Hispanic students barely registered.”

I don’t personally believe this.

Most people I know are conservative. Also, the vast majority of people I know believe this. We can all agree on this

oops its purple leaning blue now and both state senators represent those inside the perimeter and only those inside the perimeter.

Yes, Sen Warnock, who is on the Agriculture Committee in the US Senate, is only looking out for those inside the perimeter. Solid take, champ.

Why aren’t companies building headquarters in Mississippi and promoting houses for everyone?

I spent 80% of my life in Mississippi and consider it my home state. And I would not suggest moving to Mississippi……it’s hot as a mother from May to October. We have been in Iowa just over 3 years and I prefer the midwestern winters to a Mississippi summer any time. Jackson, MS is pretty much a toilet bowl. There are very few places in the state that would be worth moving a company to…..

That street has mostly 2 or 3 million dollar properties. Anywhere downtown gets bought and renovated by WM or vendor execs

About 40% of MS's current population is black. And that's the only demographic that is grown in the state.

Many southern states would be majority black today if not for the great migration. It’s difficult to determine what will be in 25-30 years. Things change. For all we know there could be a second great migration.

If dude thinks the south sucks except for Texas, Florida and Georgia, then Georgia sucks just as much as the others. They're all relatively the same.

Sounds like the dude is only into strip malls and cheap subdivisions. If that’s what you’re measuring then yes Florida Texas and Georgia are great.

Texas and Florida are not the same as Louisiana and Mississippi at all. There’s a massive Spanish influence on the first two and very little to zero Spanish influence in Louisiana and Mississippi
