I've never felt unsafe in Perkins Rowe. I have some issues with the place, mainly there aren't any good pre-movie dining options. (However, I haven't eaten yet at Bin 77 and it's been about two years since I went to Lava Cantina and I heard they overhauled the menu).
But shoot, I've had people tell me on this site they felt unsafe at the Albertson's at Essen and Perkins, Bet-R near the Perkins Overpass, Tony's Seafood and Chicken Shack. So what do I know?
