Dear Bucc-ee's you are needed at the gramercy exiton I10 badly.
Currently if you exit for gas, you have to drive 12 miles away from the interstate to get the gas.
Many a late night cross country driver has fallen into this trap

got a Bucee's 5 miles away by the Nascar track

They do have a lot of food you can't find elsewhere.

For me it is like Waffle House, not a place to go unless travelling

That’s what bummed me out about them bailing on Baton Rouge. I would have gone there for lunch at least once a week. And if I’m not lying probably more.

Buc-ee's, Chick-fil-A and Walmart Neighborhood Market are how trashy people do upscale.

yep, none left to give, already given to Mercedes Benz and Airbus years ago

Buc-ees needs lots of fat people buying lots of fat people junk food, 32 oz soft drinks and all kinds of goober related decorating crap that people buy as last minute gifts because they were too lazy or forgetful to get it in advance.

That's because they got 7 million in New Market Tax Credits. The feds are footing the bill for this incentive, not the locals.

Alabama places 'failing' label on majority black schools only

"The measure is straightforward. These are the state's lowest ranking schools on state tests of reading and math.

The larger meaning, the one that defies any safe bureaucratic commentary, is that Alabama continues to fail to educate black students who are schooled in relative isolation.

Look at the numbers. There are just under 37,000 children in failing schools in Alabama. More than 34,000 of those children are African American.

These 76 "failing" schools are the modern face of a legacy of segregation followed by desegregation followed by white flight followed by resegregation.

At three of the schools, every single child is African American this school year. Most of the schools are predominantly black. What's predominantly mean? At Hatch High in Perry County, 688 of the 689 students are black. At Hudson Middle in Selma, 465 of the 469 students are black.

There are no exceptions. Goodwyn Middle is the by far most "diverse" school on the list, and its student body is 72 percent African American."

Stopped at one yesterday morning for coffee and their coffee sucks arse. Only 2 choices (dark or light, Plus the only creamer was in those little cup things. I'll never stop there again for coffee... Maybe to shite, but you'd think they'd up their coffee game.

Race Trac has coffee machines that grind the beans on demand for you, then brews fresh right into your cup(5 or 6 different types of coffee) and then has creamer bar with 1/2 and 1/2, flavored creamers, milk, almond milk, almond creamer, whipped cream, etc in full size containers.

I haven't paid more than $1.50 for an awesome large coffee in a while.

Why are you making this thread racist or about failing Alabama schools?
FWIW, I doubt any of those failing schools are in Baldwin county.
Second, the state provides an education to each citizen of this state. They provide qualified educators at every public school. It's up to the student and his or her family to take advantage of and make use of what is provided.
