Well shitbucket how about going the route I took as well as plenty of people I know took. I fricking had a job in the 10th grade after school and summers and haven't stopped working since. I worked several jobs to put myself through school just so I would not have student debt. So don't fricking cry when you have to pay back borrowed money when you should have been working in the first place.
Ya'll coined the phrase "multitask" however when one task is work it doesn't seem to fit.
Grow up junior. Life is tough for everyone and was for me when I was your age. I didn't blame it on everyone else. I just tucked my head and worked and made good decisions and built a life, family, business and career. And when I have had bad luck or decisions didn't turn out how I wanted I just sucked it up and moved forward.

Can't argue that some people have gotten useless degrees, that's true for sure. But still the cost of college has skyrocketed for all degrees. Even people with degrees in engineering are graduating with much higher levels of debt than people in the past, on average.
This has sort of always been true. Cost is always going up. My engineering degree cost me a fortune, but I also went to school out of my home state. The thing is...I don't come on a message board and bitch about it. It's called life and if you're not happy with it, work to change it.
I'm considered a millennial by age, some on the OT have said we're xennials or whatever that is...I don't really care. The point is I'm nothing like you with all of this bitching...I'm much more like generation X I suppose. My question is why did which ever group of people raised millenials, allow this to happen? Why did you raise those slightly younger than me to be morons, who bitch about everything, who can't even tell that thing between their legs makes them a male....just why?

It's time to wake up and smell the bacon: Millennials are the greatest generation.
-Faced the toughest economic times since the Great Depression, all which was inherited from pasts generations frick ups.
-Face much higher costs of living than any other generation -Face record levels of student loan debt, the job market is rough and a full 45 percent of millennials are working gig economy jobs that offer no health benefits, pensions or 401(k)s.
-Carry less credit card debt than previous generations.
-Willing to work multiple jobs to make ends meet. So gtfo with all that baby boomer, gen x , gen y circle jerking everyone does. ETA: Fought the longest war in this country's history
fricking snowflake. Every single "problem" that you had listed is not the fault of mine. Every single problem that you have today is because of a decision that you made yourself. Period.
The cost of living argument is irrelevant. You think that it was easy working minimal 50 hours a week making $3.75 an hour to pay rent, food, car insurance, car notes, and all other utilities with?
It's not my fault that you have student loan debts that you can't afford to pay back. Nobody forced you to take those loans out. That's on you.
The rest of your "points" are just bullshite. Cry me a fricking river that life is hard like all the generations had is so fricking easy before this one.
Snowflakes want everything to be easy and handed to you because life is not fair. Take your hipster look, skinny jeans, iced coffee, iPhone, iPad and head off into your little safe space and just shut the frick up and man up like everyone else did.

There are still tons of young people who have normal jobs with normal clothes who frick bitches and make money

My conversation about 2 hours ago with the new 26 year old secretary in my office:
Me: Let's get Chinese today. I have 2 clients coming in but I should be done by 1 at the latest. The place 2 blocks over delivers. (I put the menu on her desk and told her to get everybody's order.)
Her: Ok, cool. (she didn't even look up from her phone.
)
Me (30 minutes ago): Hey, it usually doesn't take this long. Maybe we should check on the food?
Her: Oh yeah, I was waiting for you to finish up. That Chinese place isn't on waitr and they don't have online ordering.
Me: What are you talking about? Just pick up the phone, call the place and place the order. They deliver here on a bicycle all the time.
Her: Who isn't on waitr in 2017?
Me: This place. CALL them.

I also think some millenials are great, some xers are great, and some boomers are great.

Yeah, millennials suck. Until you realize that you don't know shite about computers and the software that runs your office and have to call an IT guy to fix your shite.....who 90% of the time is a millennial.

A director may never need to ever log in to Epic. A secretary or just a human being usually knows how to place a take out order. That's a not a job specific skill.

Most of the software used today was written by a Boomer or X'er.
Again, stop being distracted by shiny objects. You're talking about a very specific skill. I'm talking about talking to a human being and having a conversation.

Again, very specific skills in your industry. That's a far cry from living with your mom and not being able to have a face to face conversation like an adult. Talk to people every now and then and maybe you won't feel the need to type out a freaking emoji command in Outlook.
