There is a major difference between liberals and progressives. Progressives have taken over the Democrat party.
Liberals are tax and spend. Progressives are authoritarians who use any means to gain power.

I wouldn’t qualify myself as liberal IRL but on this board I am sure I am. His kids go to private school which is allowed to stay open and I am most pissed that members of the medical and hospital associations were there. It’s disrespectful. I am fine with people going to FL for dinner but sit in smaller cohorts and at least be outside like the rest of us or lift the restrictions and let people choose their own risks.

Why is anyone shocked? This is fully expected of people in power. There never has been, nor will there ever be a person in power that does not exempt themselves from the rules they enforce on others.
