you posted it to me!

Just admit you fricked up, just like this entire thread, instead of trying to make yourself seem smart when you clearly are not

Pathetic that you have to ask, but the answer is yes. Someone in an earlier comment posted a link to an article that clearly states the buyers got an amazing deal on the property. Also, I know this is a stretch, but use your fricking brain. You're asking me if the seller took a loss or not on a property that was originally priced at 18 million. Do people typically try and get a 300% return on their property when they sell it? Really think about what you're going to type before you type it.

Well it's the owners daughter so... But even if not, I'd think the reputation would be in handling a property of that value.

How is it an analogy fail? A seller hires a real estate agent for their expertise, so why would they circumvent that expertise to list the property for whatever the frick they want to list the property for? Hence me using the mechanic analogy.

If you're loaded and take an AMC Pacer to a mechanic and tell him attach a crane to it, he'll do it if you're paying him to, regardless of if it makes sense or not, because you're paying him to do it.

Your opinion of me has no relevance lol. I don't even know you, and even if I did know you it still wouldn't hold any weight. I've already forgotten you.

Dude, seriously Mav, congrats on this massive troll job. You took an easy question you could have googled for yourself and given us all entertainment for the day.

Thanks for making my Friday go by faster so we can get to the weekend.

Either way the mechanic will make money you fricking derp. A real estate agent doesn't make money if they list a property for an unreasonable price because it won't sell; they work off commission, so the incentive is to price it to sell. Are you following dumb arse?

Do you know when they bought the land jackass? What if they bought the land 30-40 years ago?

You stupid, simple motherfricker, her daughter was the listing agent, so she doesn't need the money or the reputation.

And that's not even considering the issue of whether an agent has control over listing a property for a certain price.

You fricking retard.

You do realize that it is the job of the real estate agent to help the seller set the right price, right? Instead of making yourself look even more ridiculous than you already look, just admit you don't know what you're talking about. These other people are upvoting you because they dislike me lol. It has nothing to do with the validity of your statements.

So you admit the seller is still the one who sets the price. Good for you.
