I love those bouncy frickers.
They are phenomenally wild pieces of evolution.
Let’s take a deer, make it walk upright, then inject em with steroids.
They can’t walk so we’ll make em hop everywhere.
Also they’ll fight you, and if you win you get to eat them and they taste better than venison, though a bit gamey. Needs to be cooked medium rare like steak

Our dogs, golden retrievers, eat Kangaroo every day. Seriously. One of my goldens is allergic to pretty much most dog foods because he's allergic to anything feathered, and as I've discovered, almost 95% of dog food contains some form of chicken. So we tried duck, quail, turkey. Nope. So they get homemade foods made with fresh vegetables, beef, buffalo and kangaroo meat. Plus, we also found dry Kangaroo food that they like and doesn't contain any feathered content.

I've seen kangaroo vs human fights in a traveling circus in Germany. But this was years ago, Greens probably banned it now.

Back in 1979-1980, Jack In The Box imported all their ground beef from Oz.

Weren't straight beef though. When they finally got caught at the Port of Los Angeles by the USDA it was testing out up to 50% roo.

Would you like to know more?

Whitetail deer here at home should follow their lead.
