All this is is a lose lose situation. Drew should’ve just kept his mouth shut... It’s not worth it...

He's already toast and just doesn't realize it. They'll never take the knee off of his neck.

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has pledged $1 million "to improve police training and address systematic racism through education and advocacy in our country."

And my first question to Dak would be about 75% of black children born out of wedlock to a single mother...

"how do these funds and training do anything positive for these children who are likely be born into poverty, exposed gangs/drugs/ violence/?"

thanks for nothing Dak

The movement is trying to get people to have tough conversations

Lol, no it’s not. It’s “agree with us or we’ll ruin your life.”. There is no desire for conversation.

A tough conversation would look something like

“Unarmed black people are being hunted by racist police.”

“No, they’re not. Unarmed black men are more likely to be struck by lightening than shot by police. Stop telling young black men things that are going to get more people killed.”

You are correct: Jesus was perfect and sinless and there were people who persecuted Him any how.

The media loves to take down people they consider a problem to a particular ideaology.

It’s sad how much Brees has given to the city of New Orleans and he is still wrong. Ungratefulness because people want to Hate what is good and love what is evil.

He’d be much better off making a public statement saying he was wrong to allow himself to be manipulated and intimidated to deny what he believes, and personally id announce my retirement right then and there and let them all choke on it.

His public capitulation to the IGNORANT bullies is about one thing – his NBC gig. I hope he chokes on that NBC microphone.

Wrong. The movement is trying to lecture white America by using lies, extortion, and bullying. There will never be a conversation because they refuse to even consider the actual facts and statistics. And anybody who brings it up is automatically called a racist and blackballed. They’ll go after job, your family, and livelihood if you dare to state any FACTS that completely destroys their narrative.

Every perceived wrong that they whine about can be solved with one simple act - get 7% of the population to stop committing more than 50% of the violent f*cking crime in this country. If they could do that, all of their fake problems would magically disappear.

The lesson is - if you’ve made an educated decision than stand by that decision. The BLM, White apologists, liberal left have that going for them. No matter the actual data, no matter the personal harm it causes, no matter the economic toll it causes - they stick by their decision. Folks like Brees that that allow themselves to feel guilty for national pride are weak. I understand he might be doing what’s best for the team, but it’s weak still the same.

There are two groups of people that are mad here. Those that were offended by Brees’ original comments and those that are offended by his backpedaling subsequent to his original comments.

Only one of these groups will make every effort to ruin someone’s life if they are offended by that person. I’m not sure the guy had much of a choice here if he wants to remain in the public eye after retirement from football.

The only way to survive what is coming is to register as independent and have virtually no social media footprint

And that group calls those they ruin "fascist".

They are now going to extort him his entire life, if he chooses to stick around football in some capacity. He's accumulated a ton of wealth and saved it. He's a perfect target for the left.

My take away is everyone has an opinion. No body cares what your opinion is. Don’t let your ego or hubris fool you into thinking they do. Also never give interviews regarding the toxic topic of race or get baited into discussing race. Period. Shut up if it doesn’t directly impact you.

Don’t talk to Yahoo FINANCE.

What the frick? How did they get off topic and discuss this.

Stars and celebs need a “plead the fifth” type answer. “I’m not prepared to answer a loaded question like that. I thought we would talk ‘XYZ’ “

No conversation is credible unless it puts that issue that at the forefront of addressable problems in any community.
