Yeah me looking at what I was actually eating and taking the advice of not eating it if it comes in a box helped a ton. I shed the weight once I started counting calories and eating low carb

Almost half of Americans are obese.

Just stop and think about that for a second.

Google obesity by race and it's startling the rate of obesity among black women compared to any other group.

I'm lot disputing that there are A LOT of fat individuals, but I recently had a free health screening @ work and that chart that says if you're normal, overweight or obese is a joke. You have to be a slim jim with no muscle to be "normal".

I dont understand fat people.

Just dont eat, be stubborn.

Won every weight losing contest ever been in....215 to 180 just by stopping eating......no problem.

"not eating" = actually means being constantly hungry and eating very minimum.

Well, I'm not fat, so it isn't an excuse. It's something I heard my grandmother tell my mom once, I haven't actually tested it.

I hate these studies. I am 15% bf per dexa scan and wear 31 in the waist and am considered borderline obese and 40 lbs overweight because they base these studies on a bunch of pussy beta males who don't do any physical activity other than maybe run.

Good forbid u lift weights and don't look like a pansy arse.

Black women is probably 90%
Hispanic women about 85%, although that figure jumps to 100% once they have a kid.

White women about 70%

The charts are dumb. I was once tall and skinny but according to the chart I needed to drop 20 lbs for the sweet anorexic look.

Obesity may be unhealthy but it's not an "epidemic". You are not gonna catch obesity rubbing up on a fat woman.

Btw for all the down voters wasn't saying there aren't way too many fatties, because there are. Just saying what the government classifies as obese is not always accurate.

But 100% we have a problem especially in the south. I spent today at a pool at a casino and it's sad that when you see a female not over weight it catches your attention. And it's sad what is now considered normal.

It's just like most things in America now though, people are lazy and gorge themselves. Last night I gourged myself on boiled crabs and shrimp, but it was so sad to see people pay 40 dollars and watch them eat one or two crabs, then devour plate after plate of dessert.

Correct. It's much easier to eat unhealthy, but not cheaper.

it's much more expensive to eat healthy if you're never making your own meals and/or live in the 18th century without a fridge

like was said earlier, water is free. a Brita filter is like $1/month

kale is like $1/bunch, and that's 4-5 meals. same for broccoli crowns. a bag of sliced, organic carrots is like $3 i think

you can get chicken breasts for $2/lb pretty much always, ground beef for like $3/lb (in bulk), and steak on sale for $5/lb if you wait for it

if you're ONLY getting like the $1 burger for breakfast, lunch, and dinner you may come out ahead, but that's for homeless people. fat/poor people get drinks, fries/chips, etc. those are expensive af

Btw you can eat healthy at fast food no problem too and it isn't expensive. 2-3 chicken breast from McDonald's and a side salad is less than $5. Water is free

Could care less if an adult is fat. It just pisses me off when little kids are fat asses. And they are every where ya look now days. Come on parents give your children a damn chance.
