A casserole is really just a metaphor for something she has prepared just for you and brought over. There should be none of the aforementioned dishes, other than what you eat with.
Btw, I literally told a girl this weekend that suggested we get together just to bring a casserole. The first time I remember getting an 8:30 am call the next morning after meeting. So there must be something about it that activates the female psyche. And of course if she does show up with it, I’d be halfway in from the jump.
Imma give it a whirl for the next few months and report back , probably at my own expense lol.

I agree with your other post though- about women doing other things besides just sex for their man.
I’d surmise that most older women do enjoy showing their affection through acts of service and tending to their man/bf.
And if the women is loved well, she will (most of the time) go above and beyond doing the things you mentioned and ‘tending’ to all of the other aspects of a relationship to make sure he knows he’s loved.
