That is a bull. You know it and your ex knows it. The IRS uses the Discriminant Inventory Function to check for duplicate SSN’s. The first return is accepted the second is automatically rejected. If you are going to spew bullshite while trying prop up some moral superiority based on race, get your facts correct.

The tax code is not written for the W-2 worker to take advantage of.

All you have to do is attach “black” or “African-American” to any topic and watch the bigoted maggots come out.

I’ve never attached race any any of my tax returns.

Why not look at your corporations who are really the ones bending over the American taxpayers. Oh, that’s right, that’s the American way. That’s makes them smart, right?

This article is irresponsible and is to the core what keeps divisive rhetoric & perceptions going.

Does this mean the IRS will now use race as a factor in deciding if someone should be audited?

If so.. that seems like a basic civil rights violation?

Everyone has pretty much acknowledged this

Dunno what this has to do with anything regarding this topic.

The article and study linked goes through why they are audited more and firmly states how the IRS plans to address this. Its CNBC ffs

Bite the big one.
And I don't know it, it's what I was told.

And again, bite the big one.

They do more shady stuff on their tax returns for sure. Dependents that aren't their kids, business in home, home studios, made up deductions, just lots of made up shite in general to maximize their tax refunds and earned income credits.

If the outcome is that blacks are more likely to be audited - then figure out why this is the case. If we are scrutinizing a system just because of the results, why not also scrutinize the inputs?

Anyone one on the dole should be audited thoroughly yearly. And if they drive an Escalade, they have money somewhere, so should lose that welfare. And while I’m at it, there should be no EITC.

How do they audit EBT?

Meaning, anyone using EBT, WIC, Medicaid, receiving EITC need to be audited bc most of them are probably scamming the system, and the taxpayers. Check their bank accounts, see what they are driving. Are they paying a $300 plus care note and insurance? Then they can pay for their food, too. Too bad EBT doesn’t have a list of approved foods as WIC does.

Years ago, I worked with a gal whose son was on Medicaid. She drove a Lexus. Not married to baby daddy. I flat out asked her why her son wasn’t on our employee plan vs Medicaid since we were paid well and offered insurance. Why was I paying for her son. She didn’t last long there.

So the IRS is basically telling everyone they are about to purposely target a specific group (again), but this time when they target conservatives, it is due to a righteous motivation to stamp out their own racism.

Only Progressives can get away with this type of action and follow up language.

I'm sure it is racism, not excess cheating on their tax return. Just like incarceration disparities are racist, not because blacks are more likely to commit a crime.

Progressives look at raw data with absolutely no context to make these decisions.

If more blacks are in prison than whites, it has to be white supremacy.
If more blacks get audited, it has to be racism.

Progressives are not intelligent people. They are diligent though.
