Normal gay people, including crossdressers, are telling these people that they are mentally ill and delusional.
Paraphrasing the typical message they are preaching to trans people: "I dress as a woman. I am not a woman. I am a man. Even if or when I do transition, I will never be a woman, I will always be a man. The same goes for you. If you truly believe that you are not what you were biologically born as, or that you can change that...you are not mentally well."

You used to have to pass a test to vote.
Racist Democrats ruined that by purposely denying blacks the educational opportunities to learn how to pass the test, so it was done away with.
