If OP was a frequent flier, he'd have club access. Those bathrooms are nicer and cleaner without a mess of people in them.

If not shitting in the Skyclub, search out a Family/handicap person bathroom. These are large, single hole shitters with frequent janitorial services and locking doors. Just exit prepared to walk with sever limp and have a prepared speech impediment in the event you are met with resistance from airport personnel, mothers with infants, or those with actual physical deformities.

I have shite in a public restroom maybe 5 times in my life.
It boggles my mind that every airport bathroom i've ever been in is littered with guys blowing their butthole out. There are no other bathrooms on the planet that consistently have fart noises coming out of them all the time like an airport bathroom.

The best airport bathrooms I've used were at Heathrow. They had doors that went down all the way instead of those stall doors.
