I am sorry, but those “red beans” look like a mix gone wrong. It looks like a leftover jambalaya mixed with a can of red beans. Red beans are supposed to be served with a nice sauce and rice served separately like a thick soupy type of appearance and you sprinkle your rice on top for appearance or just served over a heap of rice. It is also served with sweetest and moistest piece of corn bread available.

I didn’t got to culinary school and know a food abortion. From his grave, Justin Wilson can guarantee that is no red beans. Scalise ought to open investigation into the yankee(s) that cooked that.
