Not a dig at Roger -- I'm a fan of his. Alaska was just a random state I came up with 
I just find it crazy that older generations try to argue that they haven't completely fricked our generation. Housing costs, tuition, poor job market, shitty corporations, etc. I can't tell you how many clients I meet that have pensions, fat SS checks, full life insurance, and other great benefits from the jobs they worked at for 20+ years. Our generation will never see anything like that.
I just find it crazy that older generations try to argue that they haven't completely fricked our generation. Housing costs, tuition, poor job market, shitty corporations, etc. I can't tell you how many clients I meet that have pensions, fat SS checks, full life insurance, and other great benefits from the jobs they worked at for 20+ years. Our generation will never see anything like that.

My favorite is how millenials have not yet reached the age of office to make any laws or policies, yet they are the ones blamed for all the problems this nation faces

It baffles me how they just totally ignore facts. I guess that's why they governed us into this shite storm we are in now. Theres no doubt that there are millennials that are thumb sucking pussies, but that doesn't change the fact that for the average 20 something that works hard has it worse off than a 20 something in 1980. It's like they forgot that the 70s had hippies that did even less than the hispter millennials today that eat avocado toast 3 times a day.

Look, I'm glad you made it, I really am. If everyone did what you did we would undoubtedly have way less problems than we do today, but you obviously lack the ability to look at this on the macro level. You didn't have it easy, but on average people your age had it easier than young people today. That obviously isn't true for everyone, including yourself, but that's why they call it an average.
