Yep, they cut the power at Mallard Crossing also.
What do you mean "cut the power"?
If it's an intentional thing, when will it be turned back on?

Can someone give a link to or explain what should be watched in regards to the Millerville area? Where is that water coming from? Any gauge that can be watched to see if the water is increasing / peaked / declining etc?
Much appreciated!

Any Dutchtown/Geismar updates
No issues as far as I can see. Highway 73 is good, same as 74.

That's not good. I was thinking tonight would be the last night of being worried.

I wonder how long they'll keep letting cars through. I assume the barricades they called for were to block it off at Highland so people don't get trapped in between.

Just talked to a friend at Gardner Realtors in New Orleans and people are lined up right now in NOLA area buying/renting housing from Baton Rouge area. She said phones are ringing off the hook as people realize their homes are destroyed and at least temporarily moving to NOLA due to amenities and schools being ready for kids.

Thanks Will. I'm hoping friends in Oak Alley and Legacy Hills will be ok. The manchac is worrying me for their safety.
