The manual (piece of wood) gauge only went to 19ft unfortunately...

Can anyone confirm Ward creek is moving backwards and rising? That would be significant.

How far South?

Yeah. I'm not sure how far. At least to Chantilly.

I just left my job to look at the creek that runs adjacent to Healing Place on Highland. It looked to be SLIGHTLY moving backward. I saw some leaves moving toward the west at a snails pace.

I believe that's Ward Creek

I'm at work on Highland by Healing Place. Is that creek that runs underneath Highland supposed to rise soon?

It looks that way. That is Ward's Creek which feeds into Bayou Manchac.

Anyone know of any Cox internet outages or where I can find a map? Haven't been able to reach my parents this morning in Central. They both have ATT so I'm trying to reach them through FB or email or something

Ward Creek is about a foot from the bottom of the bridge where it crosses Highland.

There is water on the road between Bluff and Highland. Looks like the inside lane is passable.

Street flooding is happening in Jeffereson Terrace currently

Can confirm. The creek that runs in the front of Jefferson Terrace continues to rise and overflow into Jefferson Terrace. The first street closest to Airline service road and Cal is the only one effected so far, and limited to the streets and not in homes.

Chantilly near Kennesaw in Shenandoah. Chadsford is one street over and closer to the ditch and it's worse over there. You can see those houses on Kennesaw with water up to the doors.
