Yep. That's why they sued and won.
According to NIH they have underage charges on them, which somehow gets them only trafficking charges. Maybe they will add charges later not to complicate the extradition.
Of course pointing this out somehow makes me a sympathizer instead of just reading what has been published about them.

It looks like most countries with no extradition treaties are total shitholes but Indonesia or Vietnam might be doable. I'm not rooting for the guy to get away. Just thinking about what I'd do.
