The Funyon Lady's involvement in the Kyren Lacy case.

Lacy did commit an illegal passing of vehicles and was the reason why the gold truck braked and pulled off the road.
The funyon lady was behind gold truck and in her statement she said was trying to avoid him(gold truck) because he was still somewhat in the road when he pulled over. The only way this is true is because she was following to close and not at least 4/5 car lengths away as the speed limit was 45 i think. She stated she was eating funyons and listening to her music. If she had used any defensive driving, she would have slowed down and maybe stopped but held her lane none the less. The same thing with the white suv behind the blue one of the man that passed. That vehicle witnessed the accident first hand as she was behind the actual collision. What does "she" do, she slows down and comes to a stop. Why because she had proper following distance. The same absolutely cannot be said about the funyon lady.
Funyon is partly responsible. Jmo.
Number 1 cause of accidents on the road is improper following distance.

That lard arse is the primary cause of the wreck.
Gold truck driver says he didn’t even break hard and that she caused the accident.

Do you need attention that you won't get by posting this in one of the existing threads?
Reposting the same drivel someone else posted isn't going to suddenly make people change their minds.

quote:yes one of the many reasons people dont use proper following distance. Distracted driving is number one reason yes. Something as simple as taking your eyes off the road and looking out of your window can cause an accident because they lose proper following distance. Lytx cameras(inward facing cameras) will go off if your eyes are not straight ahead and facing the road. Its considered a critical event.
Nah, its distracted driving

Oh okay, Im sorry for offending you because surely no one repeats other people's replies or posts here. I've been here roughly 17yrs and have less than 4k replies/posts, let's see here, you have 75 thousand post/replies. Surely your not an attention whore.
. Sounds to me like you BEG for attention. Try to touch grass sometimes bro. Forgive me though. I'll go to confession after.

You know what else causes accidents? Driving recklessly passing multiple vehicles in a no passing zone while speeding. That kinda makes people swerve to keep from getting hit. Guilty.

quote:yes it is dangerous and highly illegal. There were 2 wrongs here, not 1. Just my opinion tho. The thread was about funyon lady but yes I agree totally with your reply.

We’ve all been passed by someone driving double the speed limit and swerving in and out of traffic and said “that a-hole is going to get someone killed”.
Shitty situation, but I hate people who drive like that
