You can see it in this thread. It's nearish to a ghetto so therefore it's "culcha'd" to many in BR and they won't go there or spend their money there. The owner's start caring about it less and less, and dependable businesses and potential renters will all leave. The area will decay, a new shiny location will be built, and the cycle will repeat in 15-20 years.

This is the problem in BR and has been for a while. It's not getting better anytime soon.
