I’m just speaking in general terms about their relationship.
I have no clue who will win. I will say if she can’t do better proving physical abuse, that’s going to look really bad for her. Right now I’m definitely not seeing enough to justify what she said resulting in destroying a man’s life. I see a toxic relationship at worst. Which is mutual emotional abuse.

I fell out laughing when she was asked if she remembered the events of a certain date in December and she paused...then said I do not recall exactly but I know I got a bruise but I don't remember where but people told me where, oh wait I can't say that...I just know I got a bruise.

A reporter just said that the jury only has to believe that one physical abuse act occurred to rule against the defamation accuser.
No idea if that’s true, but if so, I think there’s a pretty good chance both of the defamation cases fail.
But as stated many times, this is mainly just about Depp getting his side out in an official capacity.

I don't think there's any way Johnny thinks he'd ever get $50 million out of Heard. Yeah she's a working actress and somewhat successful in her own right but not to the tune of a $50 million payout. I think he "won" as soon as the judge allowed cameras. Amber is destroying herself career wise and Johnny will start getting roles again. Not Jack Sparrow level but he'll be able to make money

Is she settles the case now with Depp she essentially tells everyone she lied. Depp put her in a no win position which was a brilliant move by his defense team.
