He is a good dentist, don't get me wrong. But a side note to that video. The part about people afraid of the dentist or avoiding it until they are in pain. The part about talking before procedures is BS. They will calm talk a nervous nellie but Dr. Costa rock and rolls. They are so busy that they are moving in and out of rooms constantly. He extracted a lot of my teeth in 15 minutes boom. When another dentist takes that time to do just one.

Military doctors move fast and don't have to worry about getting sued.
