Crawfish prices are like taxes, once they go up they're up. There's also much more of demand for it outside of Lousiana now and those people are used to the high prices and just assume that's the going rate.

You trying to get him to killed or what?

With new Gov, the trial attorneys will be able to sue crawfish farmers for his death and force them to carry additional insurance. Price passed on to consumer.

I love Louisiana Crawfish Time, but its frustrating at the end of the season, when they are still selling boiled crawfish for $5 a pound. Hell, they're high all damn year!
