Because the market is tight and it seems to be exactly who the job package is designed to seek,

If you want a career person you should offer career style benefits, right?

What industry? I'm very white collar, but I would laugh my arse off if a job tried that with me.

Friend,

There are two errors in the above response. First, there is no family business. Second there is a glaring miscapitalized name.

I don’t offer shite because it’s not my company. It’s a company that I work for and over the years they treat their employees great including myself.

This isn’t a Harvery Spector corporate firm. It’s a little local window mom and pop company.

Last, y’all act like I’m having troubles filling the position. There are a lot more legit candidates than garbage. I was just making fun of the garbage who lists everything they have done in their job hopping career bouncing from job to job to very few weeks/months and using that on their resume thinking it shows that the more they put on there, the more experience they think it will show me while looking at their applications

That is a great capability. Many can’t.

Laborers stumble up maybe right on the dot of time. With an energy drink and honey bun in hand. Then they want to go shite 30 minutes later.

My parents taught us to be twenty minutes early.

I’m 25 and I’ve been at the same job for almost 3 years. It’s not really a good job either so I’m trying to get out. But we are not all like this.

What is the job? I’ll send in my resume.

If I was applying to a position and they told me I wouldn’t receive any PTO in my first year I would laugh and not so politely thank them for wasting my time.

It's job hopping. Sometime over the past 5 years it was determined that you could make more money accepting a new job than staying at the old one. There is a logical basis behind it. A lot of these people got screwed once the money dried up.

I get bombarded with job positions to consider around here, unsolicited, most involve instructing, got an interesting posting from Southwest last night that might be right up your alley, four days a week, and two remote working, they must have some sort of aviation cadet program going on, sounded like it involved that, several companies around here hire contract sim instructors with very flexible schedules, also, now that you're a current Herk driver you should take a look at LM, they sent me an offer last year to fly for them(Marietta, iir,) and I don't even know how to spell C-130
