Now Jackson can't pay its bills because the people who were paying for everything don't live within the city limits anymore.
I'm thinking it has a lot to do with poor money management?

Hopefully, Keegan Foxx will do a special investigative report.

Lighten up guys. They saw that Obama passed a law to reduce your utility bills click here to see if you're eligible on facebook, and are just waiting for the results. It'll be ok, Obama got them covered. If Jackistan isn't going to take advantage of a government program then what is the world coming to?

If I was entergy I would just turn there power off till I got my freaking 400,000
We both know how that would end up. The city would parade several single mothers on TV to call Entergy a racist company out to hold down single black mothers.

With a city council that has Kenneth Stokes serving on it, I'm not surprised at all

What does this have to do with the city not having any power? The homes in Jackson would not be affected by the city buildings not having power

There is your answer right there? I could not get out of Jackson fast enough. I was about the second wave that saw the light. Just could not get North enough.
