From a business perspective it’s not a weakness, it’s a strength. high traffic only. Can’t have people sitting around bugging up the place like that. They’d need a auditorium of space to fit all the folks if given the option to dine in.

I never seem to time my trip right to be at Buc-ees when I’m ready for a meal. I’ve eaten lots of snacks, though. Finally the stars aligned and I was at Buc-ees at lunchtime yesterday on the way home I got the chopped brisket sandwich. I have to say, that was one of the best brisket sandwiches I’ve ever had, gas station or otherwise. It was outstanding.
