if there was no connection between kneeling and respect for the flag, why do it during the national anthem? do it before you go off the field at halftime, if you're on the sideline at kickoff. there are plenty of times/places. before the NA; after the NA etc

Thankfully rural votes count slightly more than urban ones.

Hopefully Brees drops to 8th round or later in this year's fantasy draft.

I hope people stop watching and giving them their hard earned money. Hit them where it hurts.

If you wouldn't have done that anyway, you're probably not going to win your league. Just a hunch.

We have some yo yo's in our league. They'll probably draft him first round and name their team White Power or something goofy.

You know there's going to be somebody who picks Joe Burrow first.

That the injection of overt socio-political ideology into sports has been going on for awhile now.

Really it just shows again that people are waaaaay to sensitive about every damn little thing. BTW, that isn't a trait of just people on the left. Right wingers express daily outrage about every damn little thing too.

People are just way to sensitive and whiny.

Ever think that many people DO think it’s a military respect thing? Is it only black peoples opinions that matters these days?

There really is no right or wrong answer. It’s an opinion. Just because Brees opinion didn’t go along with his black teammates doesn’t mean it wrong or right. It’s just a difference of an opinion. They would get over it. If not, that’s their problem
